  QA/QC DOCUMENTATION

• The QA/QC documentation are drawn up as supporting documentation outlined for QC inspections required per approved QCP dossier compilation.
• Specifically laid out detailing inspection points, and in most cases the acceptance criteria pertaining to each point, linked to the applicable standard.
• Directed as surveillance, random and in process/construction of works inspection 
• Examples:

1. Masonry inspection. 
2. Sheeting roof and siding inspections.
3. Pre and Post concrete inspections. 
4. Rubber lining inspection reports that are completed to ensure compliance.
